stock rims

hey when i bought my car the guy didnt take care of the rims and i tryed sos pads on it to take out the black ****... but it looks like it is baked on and it looks like ****...
and i would like to add that i am to cheap to buy new rims...

any ideas?

If you are talking about the black on the stock '+' wheels, that's the way they are. If you want to remove it, try aircraft paint stripper.

yeah, just strip the clear coat off of them, and keep em clean...

Once they are cleaned and polished, if left just aluminum, I would re-clear them. Much easier to keep looking nice that way.
