Stock pump/RB carb Will it work?

Will the stock fuel pump supply enough gas to run with RB carb setup? Just wondering if anybody tried this.

My 85 pump keeps up fine with my Dellorto.
As I recall, Racing Beat stated that the 84 and 85 fuel pump is good for WOT operation up to 5 to 6 seconds.

The Dellorto, or Weber's need only 3.5 to 4 psi to run. The Holley needs at least 5.5 psi. The stock pump from a carbed 12A WILL NOT be enough for either. If you have removed the fuel injection from a 13B, that pump will be too much without a return style regulator.

I put the racing beat setup on my 82 and the stock pump hasn't had a problem yet. Maybe because I haven't had her opened up too long.

for a Holley, you need a pump that puts out more pressure and more volume. period.

for the Weber (and it's knock-offs), you need more volume.

Red pump is fine but blue will work also with a FPR.
