Does it idle ok? Does the tach work? Could be an ignition problem, maybe a fuel problem. Dont freak about the engine just yet.

Take your spark plugs out and crank the engine over by hand. Listen for 3 good "PUFFS" to come out of each rotor. This is a free way for you to get an idea of how your compression is. It will help you decide if any of your apex seals are totally blown or not. It is a good place to start when you are questioning your compression. If you get some nice puffs across all rotor faces, then you know that your compression should be okay.

It sounds like a major air leak. Bad seals will not make the engine surge. Look for an air leak.

the ATF might have gotten into your vac lines depending on how you did the treatment. or this could just be a coicidence that this problem happened after the ATF treatment. more than likely the motor is fine.

i am possitive the vac lines
because i put the ATF directly into the leading spark plug hole
may be some fuel problem
will put in a new fuel filter and see if it would help

Did you change the plugs after the ATF treament, they will be badly clogged with oil.

here is one question
anyone think it is possible to have only one housing flooded?
i heard from someone said you can push start to unflood a engine
this will be unreal if the front houing of my engine does flooded
because i did drove 30 miles at this condition

Yes. It sounds like you are leaking excess fuel into your lead housing. This is probably the root cause for the flooding issue, as well as the surging while driving.
