Stereo removal on an AUTOMATIC

Hello, I'm trying to install my new pioneer stereo with the speakers, but I don't know how to remove the grey plastic around the automatic shifter.
On the manual one, I heard there were 2 phillips boat to remove before pulling but on this one, I can't find any.

Thanks
