Anyone here put a aftermarket stereo in their rx7? I noticed the stock Stereo is small and i dont think a regular size cd player would fit in its place.I guess I could saw and make the hole bigger...Any suggestions?

Yeah I just got done doing this in my 7. I used this kit http://www.crutchfield.com/S-eyMmp6A....asp?i=176MZ10 Had to make some minor changes on it just cutting off a little extra plastic on the back so it would fit in snuggly but its not like you can see that stuff or anything. It was just little plastic ***** behind it.

from what i hear it's a good product, and it comes with cupholders, and optional spot for gauges.

Try this thread. I have some pictures of what I did to my 1980 SA. I will try to get pictures of the finished install tomorrow to post.
