Start with some new idler arm bushings, then your gonna want to check out your balljoints, pitman arm and tie rod ends. If those dont do it its time to tighten up yout steering box.

Welcome to the club. Please feel free to use the search button as much as you want (you won't wear it out). But since you're new and I'm such a nice guy, I've done your homework for you. First, replace all worn tie rod ends, idler arm bushings, etc. Then, if you need to adjust the steering gear box, read this thread... https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...steering+grind

Welcome to the forum, and the Darkside.

Loose steering is a common problem in cars this old. To narrow down the cause, start in this order, idler arm, tierod ends and adjusters, ball joints and wheel bearings. Once these are all in spec, then the steering sector is all that's left.

In my sig line is an online link to the FSMs, download the edition you need, along with the carb manual and anything else that interests you.
