steering column + turn signals

Ok I tried to search for this because I thought I saw something but I couldn't find anything helpful. Alright. I just finished up redoing my interior. I removed the dash and everything and now it is all back and working fine except for the steering column and turn signals.

Steering column- its not my column its the rod down the middle, its loose. It moves in and out. I thought I read something about bushings but I dont know.

Turn signals- I removed the steering wheel to make the dash easier to put in. Now the trun signals work but they dont turn off after I turn. I think there might be a pin or something but once again I dont know.

If you can help please do.
Thanks

on the column there are two *nubs* that stick out and go into the steering wheel. you have to line them up and push the steering wheel in so that they go into the wheel. My SE has the same steering column prob, gonna fix it here real soon.

There was a post on the steering column issue a while back. Search on "loose steering" and "adjusting steering box" and it comes up on one of those threads.
