Steaming from under oilcooler

Ok heres the deal im just wondering if this could just be excess coolant burning off that leaked out from when i took the "beehive" out. .. Ive had my car running for 2 days now put on about 100 kms i thought all the excess coolant would have burnt off??? Could it be leaking from somewhere??? And another question my coolant light comes on when I first start my car.... the coolant is full.... so why is it on? Thanks for your help
