Starting work on my 85 SE
Hell that's a short trip. Next month I'll be trailering the shell to Canada. How's that for customer service for other forum members? Painful part is the 9 mpg that the 1 ton box gets.
Nice.
I cant wait to see it painted. How much are you looking for when it's done?
I have been fortunate enough to have two of these tender blue SE's come out of the paint booth with fresh paint. Unfourtunately both were wrecked by other people. One will be repaired and repainted by summer though.
Good luck.

Looking very good so far. Personally, I prefer to remove the bumpers for painting. One gets better coverage and if there is any sanding dust hiding behind them, it doesn't get blown out and in the wet paint, that's very frustrating when it happens.

But I will remember that and pay extra attention to them before the paint.
We tinted a car last night and I forgot to get any pics of it with the primer, hope to remember to tonight. I have a few touch up places before sanding for the paint.
What color is the interior?
My tender blue is getting a little too modified it seems.
My Dad is semi-retired and might like one of these to run around in considering he has to share a car with my Mom. His B-Day is May 3rd. That would be a nice suprise.
