Starting Problems

I live in Canada where temps over night fall to about 25 degrees F. My car always starts in the mornings. I drive about five miles to work and when I try to start in the afternoon when the temp is about 35 degrees F, my car won't start. After pulling the leading spark plugs on each chamber, I find both wet with full, so obviously its flooding. I then disconnect the two spark plugs and turn the engine over to purge out the fuel, add oil to each chamber, put the plugs back in and the engine starts fine. Unfortunatley it has flooded twice in the last two days and I have no idea why. If you guys have any idaes it would be greatly appreciated. I'm afraid of living without my 7. Thanks in advance.

swapping the wires won't help if your flooding out from fuel.
you my have something stuck in one of your floats needle seat.
turn the car ignition on so the fuel pump is engaged and look for fuel running out over the butterflies. if you have a carburetor, if not and you have EFI you got problems.
