I read your email
high quality pictures are required IMO. I can understand that you may not be able to have a picture of every item you sell but when someone wants to buy a part you should have the ability to send them a pic of the actual part they would purchase.

Agree with the pics, good pricing, catalog organization. One thing to add, though, based on lots of threads in Good Guy/Bad Guy. Make sure you're prepared to follow through with prompt shipping and prompt, accurate communication with customers.

Acting as a go between guy (forgot the correct term) would be good. You run it as a commission. The money comes to you, then the parts come to you. You then ship the parts to the buyer and the money to the seller. Kind of makes it to where all parties are more apt to be honest.

ok...as far as used parts go. we know there are good and bad used parts...our shop will have them...do you guys think it would be a good idea to have different quality parts advertised seaperately...like for example if i have 3 fenders...one painted and mint...one in like 90% condition and another in 80% would it be a good idea to have them all seaperate or just have it part of teh check out...ie...at check out you select if you want a 100% 90% or 80% part? ofcourse price will vary based on quality (frankly i would personaly sometimes like to buy a bit more of a worn poart if i can save money)

I buy "6 out of 10 quality" parts all the time in order to save some cash, so i think that would be a good idea. Maybe having a "bargain bin" or something like that. Also i agree with whats already been said, pics, accurate descriptions, and fast shipment (like get it in the mail the same or next day and no longer, unless there is a weekend in between) Otherwise sounds like your on the right track, can't wait to see it.
