Did you have to install a spacer for the tranny? what did you use? I'll be installing my TII eng in a few weeks in my SA.. nice work

I just use the spacer that was part of the TII tranny brace

Why didn't you just use the GSL-SE waterpump and housing???

because the se housing doesnt have the nipple for the coolant drain that comes off the turbo.

Looking good. However I would drop that tranny brace and insert a .5" spacer. This will allow your pinion angles to be equal.

I did almost the exact thing that you did. Took my SE brace drilled through the center of it, placed a .5" spacer between the s5 brace and the SE brace.

My S5 TII FB ran today!

Well i finished up all the wiring.... then double check all my hoses, fluids, and wires again!!!

So now i felt that i was ready to start the 7!
and she fired right up!! Man i was so happy!!!!


I still have to get a connection pipe made for the RB downpipe to muffler
and install my a/c back on, and a couple of other little things to do...
I cant wait to driver her!!! and see how see feels.....
