Starting/Fuel Issue

My car used to take a couple trys to start each morning. Then I noticed that if I blip the throtle befrore cranking it starts right up. Lately, I have noticed that it will occasionally stall out while idleing with the choke engaged during warm up. It seems to be run out our fuel. It starts back up. Usually I have to blip the throttle to get it to start. Once it warms up I have no issues with idle. And once I get past the first few minutes of warm up it is fine.

I am thinking it may be time for a new fuel filter. What do you guys think?

A new Fuel filter is always good, but I don't think that it is your issue.

Time to rebuild the carb...
