starter polarity

Alright, hopefully this is the last thing I need guidance with before it's running I'm about to hook up the start on the 79 SA, but the polarity are not shown on the starter's connections. I have 3 wires, one thick black (I assume +), one thick black/yellow ( I assume -), and a small black/yellow with the push-on connector.

Now, say I have the starter hooked up to the car. There are 2 places to hook the wire, one the passenger side with a big wire going to the other part of the starter, and one towards the driver side.

My question is which one do I connect the - to and the + to? I'd check on my FC, except for the starter is currently disconnected as well! I labeled moster everything but this.

Hook the positive cable to the big terminal that does NOT have the wire going inside the starter. Negative goes on the top starter bolt, or a trans to engine bolt. The small wire should be self-explanitory.
