starter

my starter whent out and im tierd of push starting so my Q is what is better Mazda or a napa starter?

(anyone from wis)

Any starter is better than what you have , take it off and go junkyarding, they can check starters to see if they work . get a couple for what they cost new or re done.

Just do Autozone or O'Reilly's...whatever they carry because it will have a lifetime warranty, so it's effectively the last starter you will buy for that car....

Yep. You may need to replace it once a year, but it's free. An Al's Auto Supply starter in my REPU is starting to make grinding noises and isn't as fast as my genuine REPU starter in my other REPU. The Al's Auto starter has a slightly smaller field coil housing (same size as a 1st gen), and is a little lighter than the REPU unit, but if it keeps cranking slower and slower, I'll have to replace it. Too bad Al's is out of business.

my starter kicks ***, when my clutch slave went, i used my starter to get my car started with the clutch engaged, it was MaD TyTe Yo!!!11
