Today was a good day. It was almost 40 degrees outside. I have been outside since 9 this morning doing some work. Got 90 percent of the intercooler laid down and it looks good. Even fired up the car and moved it. ****** was frooze down to the ground it was a big hassle but it needed to be done.
I am officaly rounding the bend on completeion on this project. Exhaust will more than likely be handled buy a shop locally. Tuneing is a whole diffrent story. Hoefully with the help of the forum i will be able to get this dialed in.
Updated news....Taxes came back.....Welp.....I ordered a widebody kit from black dragon. Never ends with these cars. When it gets here i will begin to rip apart the front end.Intercooler might get moved based on the kit. I can install the front as we all know its just bolt on. The back will be done by my body shop!!!!
I really like these old school rims and hope i can do something to keep them. This project as like many others on the site starts with something mild....then goes full blown literally
Minor rust repair will be worked on aswell dureing this time. I have my heart set on Hugger orange but man...red is calling me!

Dizzy is locked timing is locked in or will be here in about twenty min to 10L 20T
Boost gauge installed Carb hat on. Working on fc Coil today. ALl thats left is the Downpipe exhaust system and hooking up the efi fuel pump.
As far as afm meter is concerned. I need some input from guys what readings i should be shooting for.
Gonna have to dial this thing in with the help of the forum as the muscle cars guys will be like blow through what no pistons what lol. Closet dyno is over 200 miles away >_<

This weekend! It was last on the list. Along with the efi fuel pump where the carter is now. Havent driven it yet ....Much past the driveway. Worried about my slight pinging at idle asume its from the timing being advacned at idle and i need to fatten it up a little. Either that or my turbo is slapping! Wire managment is this weekend too. Then Hopefully soon as i know for a fact this thing runs good its off to the shop for paint and widebody

Sweet.......kick ***.....I'm glad we can add another blowthrough 12A to the world. It always warms my heart to know that there are a few people that actually finish a project like this without giving up halfway through. Looks like she should be a screamer . Rock on.........

Well i want to strip the engine bay down to the least amount of wires possiable. The Previous owner took rats nest out and did a pretty good job of engine wires. So i am left with re routeing those and cleaning up the rest. What all can get ditched. I want lights but other than that everything else can go. There are ballast resistors on the drivers strut tower wtf do they do??? What all can be ditched for the clean look.
