Man im so happy, i finally fixed it. Well me and my friend. He passed by the house took one look at the carb and found the problem, he doesnt know much english he's from the dominican republic but the guy is a carburator genious. He called it the 'butterfly' which to my understanding is the valve that opens and closes the 2 fuel barrels, he fixed it and adjusted the acc pump and she immidietly sparked and has no hesitation. Sounds so beautiful vrom-m-vrom-m-vrom

Ive noticed that carb problems aern't really that major. The worst thing that can happen is that you'll need to buy a new one, other than that someone with a good knowledge of carburators will most probably find the problem.
