Speaking of steering wheels

What do you guys think about this? I know it's a knock off, but who cares.

Opinions please.

It may go well with your car. Its definitely not something I would put in my car; however, that is largely in part because I think that stock bodied FB's look best with '80's looking steering wheels. I think in a widebody it would look a lot better, simply because of how much sportier it looks as a widebody.

I guess I thought the color would match my interior. I'll look up some other options, so you can gice your opinions.

If that is what your current one looks like, I like that one. I definitely wouldn't put the other one in there to replace the one that is already in there.

Then again I'm not you, and your preference may not be my preference.

It worries me about quality when the hub adapter costs more than the steering wheel.

a $10 wheel would probably feel like crap when grabbing the wheel around turns.

AND HOW IS YOUR WHEEL IN YOUR GAUGE CLUSTER?

Personally,I really like the look of the stock S5 3 spoke steering wheels. They are well sized and thick enough to get a good grip.I have one on my Samurai and my boat......why not on the RX?......because the Jspec Infini 3rd gen wheel looks even better!!!

LOL.. The steering wheel was just hanging there cause I had just finished working on the interior.

Not really my style, here is a picture of my steering wheel. It's more expensive but damn does it feel nice and it matches the interior almost to perfection! (momo race steering wheel, with a momo hub)

I personally can't stand those steering wheels that are flat on the bottom. If your in a F1 car where you never turn the wheel more that 1/2 a turn in either direction, okay, but what happens when you have to double over or crank the wheel? a Big freaking flatspot.

Thats a good point there driftfb. That would be really awkward. I have the stock 4 spoke sterring wheel. I think its cool It could be a little bit smaller tho. It has a good grip to it too

Get it if you can,it has such a nice feel.
I like it because its subtle. The rotary emblem is cool, and its a direct fit....most people think its stock. The only downside is the horn button is incompatible.Worst case scenario,I garuantee youll be able to sell it to an FD owner.....they got money, maybe you can make a couple bucks on the re-sell,heh,heh!!!

I like both Dan's and Steve's, and I have gray interior too, the only color to have. I would say Steve's is my first choice though. When IanS brought his 7 down for the Lawrence meet, I didn't like his, neither did he, because it was a cheap eBay one with plastic chrome trim on the spokes. There was so much flex in the spokes when one pushed on the wheel that the plastic trim pieces popped off, breaking the tabs for the screws that held them onto the wheel. That's why I would stay away from the cheap wheels.
