Speaker Selector switch

The above mentioned switch on my 85 gsl-se doesn't work the best. Lots of static and sometimes cant get all 4 channels to play. Is there any way to repair or by pass this switch? The factory Clarion unit works well and the amps are working also. So the plan is to keep this car all original!! thanks for any advice

I doubt it. I probably have a spare laying around if you need one. It's too small to play video games anyway.

There probably is a way to bypass the joystick balancer by using another factory Clarion unit that did not feature the joystick, which most likely does not come with a graphic equalizer since these features came together part of the factory premium sound system. But I'm not too sure about 84-85 (series 3) systems but do know this applies to 81-83 (series 2) systems.

i've got mine laying around if you want it let me know. i took it out because everytime someone would climb in my car they'd start messing around with it trying to figure out what to do, then i decided to hook up an MP3 plug and i ran the wire through there to keep the interior looking clean.
