NE Installing an aftermarket stereo unit in an 85 GS

When i bought the car, the factory radio never worked. I wired up a unit i had working in my Datsun 720, it worked just fine in the truck. I hooked it all up, but i couldn't find the wires in the dash for the front right speaker. Tried to turn on the radio, and nothing happened. I don't have constant power, only after the ignition switch is turned on do i have any power at all to either power wire. Pics will be incoming.

IIRC there is no constant power. The oe unit was analog. Or I'm thinking of my base model SA.
