Spark Plugs For 85 Se...

Time to change plugs on my 85 se. I read somewhere using 2nd gen plugs would be better. Is that true? If so, do I also need to get the 7EQ's and 9EQ's for leading and trailing or 4 of the 7EQ's?

I'm using 9's all around on my -SE. Seems to work just fine for me.
