but.... did someone ever install an FD dashboard, center console, etc in a first gen?

Sunday morning I went to a friends house to wash the car (the Honda Fit, of course, the mazda is not running....)

I sat on his FD and found it to be AMAZING. The LOW LOW driving position, the cockpit feel of it.... its really good.

I´ve seen pics of second gen dashes on FBs but never an FD one.

Even if it involves a lot of work I would do it.

 

i think someone in new zeland or australia has done it, think he had 2 hack the ends off a bit to make it fit since it's a good bit wider
