Sorry, i was tired

Last night i looked up why my car idles at 1.3k or jumps back and forth between like 800 and 1.3k rpm and stuff like that. Well i tried to find it today so i could do what they said and i couldnt find where i saw the way to fix it. I remember the TPS is why it idles high i think, but there was something else for why the rpm jumps around, can someone please tell me, i tried but i cant find it

Yeah it might be a vacuum leak. Either that or test the signal voltage of the TPS with a voltmeter.
