sorry guys, there is one thing i forgot to mention........

the HUGE wing! not my type. NO NO NO NO NOOOOOOOOOOOO.

let me explain:

It was a b-day present from one of my cousin about 1 year ago, and i just had it on there ever since, just so i wont hurt his feelings. i wasnt going to keep it you know!

the wing i really want is the stock nissan s14 wing.
(dont know how to post pics so ill just link it)

that is what is going on my mazda!!!!! understand???? ok.

anyways, i guess not alot of people like the "integra thing"

i was just trying to be unique. just a little different.

but i guess ill just do a 99 spec rx7 front end conversion instead.
hopefully ill get more support.

i do see that you guys like the rear bumper, so thats a keeper!

well thanks for the feedbacks! it is what will make me decide what to do to my "project car"

Dude, do what you want with your car, no matter what you do, there is going to be someone who bitches, make it so it fits you, and to heck with the rest of them. Like I said in your other post, intersting, not my cup of tea necessarily, but if you like it so be it, I thought the wing was just to big to match the body, the wangan style is OK as long as the size actaully matchs the dimensions of the car, when it overhangs I personally don't think it looks that good. but who cares what I might think, If you like it, then build it that way, becasue you are the person that has to be happy with it in the end.

You know, even though I don't really like the "park bench" wings mainly because they are showing up on everything from ford escorts to chrysler lebarons, they can serve a purpose...

The size of the wing should be based on what the car is capable of and how fast you will be going when you expect it to do it's job. A very fast car, that will require downforce only at high speeds will use a smaller wing. However, since most 1st gens are going to be performing their hard cornering at speeds lower than 100 mph, a larger wing will be needed in order to see the true benefits.

I have the small 3 piece factory spoiler on my '85 GS, and I really like the looks of it. But realistically, it will not be doing squat for me as far as providing downforce for faster cornering. If I really wanted the cornering performance that can be obtained by a proper wing at the speeds that I will be seeing on the track, I will need something a lot bigger than what I currently have. For this type of application, a large adjustable wing like that might be just what the doctor ordered. Ugly as hell, I know, but more effective for real world results.... Just my two cents, so flame away!
