To answer almost all of your questions about hoods, flares, vents, etc, they are all made by a company called ARF, someting like Aniversary Racing Factory (not too sure on the acronym).
If you can read japanese and speak it, i suppose you could order some parts. THey would be really expensive to ship though.

A lot of those louvered hoods are home-made too. A friend of mine lived in Japan for a few years, he was telling me that the budget Wangan runners would use metal shears and cut out their own louvers on the hood. They also tended to droop when opened since all the bracing was removed.

those are probably the sikkest rex's i've ever seen, and the fact that they're all overseas kinda sux, but hey, I would expect that because they're made there, they can get a bunch more awesome parts unlike us here in the states, and AU too.
