Something's wrong with my car...

Since a while, when I get over 6000RPM, it feels like the floor is shaking. I feel the vibration on my pedals and it only happens when I'm past 6000RPM. I checked the clutch, but it seems okay. Would it be possible that it can be my exhaust system screwing up? There's some holes in my muffler and some more near the thermal reactor.. I was thinking that at high RPM the exhaust starts having trouble? Can it be possible? If not, what would be the problem?

I'm picking up my full RB Exhaust system in two weeks and I hope that will fix the problem...

Thanks for your help!
Nick
