Some tips for an RX-7?

Hey, I have a 1982 RX-7 and I've been adjusting my body gaps for a small fender bender my stepdad had a long time ago... namely he crashed it into a ditch. The frame is accctually pretty straight, though my right (from driver's seat) shock absorber mount is tweaked, though still functional. My problem lies in the 20 year old plastic front and rear bumper covers, they don't line up worth **** and are so bad that my right turn signal on the front is acctually sucked under on one end. Any ideas how I could force the bumpers back into place? I want to replace those plastic retaining caps with screws or something so they don't loosen up much.

I would just go find some new bumpers, but it's a f#%$ing pain to find a website that sells replacement panels for my year.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

P.S. - When I have teh time I will get some pictures for you guys, so you can see what I am dealing with.
