"I'm thinking I'll just do the rebuild, do a light streetport, suspension, exhaust"

Sounds like pretty clear thinking for a 15 year old, that's exactly what I'd be doing.

Stealth, what's "2GDFIS"? Sounds like ignition maybe?

Here's some pictures of my current daily driver TT, an 84 GSL that looks a lot like yours!. Should be pretty clear why I like the stock look - I especially like the stock Mazda white!

Keep up the good work and let us know how it's going!

Ray

Ya, I've seen pics of your car before Ray, its beautiful. I'm definately keeping the body stock. My plans are the rebuild, flush all the fluids, brakes, lsd, etc. I jsut want to start everything out fresh. I'll also get new spark plug wires, spark plugs, and maybe some new coils, depends on money. Then I'll plan on doing a mild streetport, new exhaust if have left over money, atleast headers. Then, down the road when I can get a job, get RB springs and tokico shocks, new bushings all around. Then just keep everything the way it is and keep her in great shape. I am a pretty clear thinker, lol. I'm not like most teens where. they want to slap on some 18 " rims and put a tv in the car, lol. Thanks again guys

Thanks gonzz. I might not. My alternator isn't charging right I found out, and the one I bought is on its way.

Damn nice car man, Mine looks exactly the same inside and out.... other then rust on mine and a couple dings. I must say that air cleaner housing is the cleanest one ive seen yet, hell i thought the one on my project 83 FB was clean, hell that one puts mine to shame. Looking at it makes me want to go get mine a take it for a cruise..... but I cant.

Ha, they aren't seat covers, and the lines aren't really there. The camera added the lines in or something. I wrote "I don't know why the lines are on the seats" under the picture.

I know they aren't seat covers, I should have said seat coverings/upholstery. That pattern is better than the earlier plaid ones they had that was in the the what, SAs?

Ya, the plaid ones were in the SAs. I like mine, I don't see them a lot. They're pretty cool.
