Sold my 7, now selling the go-fast stuff I didn't use!

Well, I'm sorry to say that after all of my hard work, blood, sweat, and tears (and money!) I sold my 7 yesterday to make room for bigger and better projects. Unfortunately for me, I never got around to installing my TWM dual side-draft intake manifold and carbs.

I just listed the stuff on ebay with no reserve. You can find it here:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2470059424

email me or send a PM if you have any questions. It's a sweet setup and I'm sure it'll make someone very happy.

I've also got a see-through sunroof for sale, it'll be on ebay next week but if anyone's interested here I'll give them first dibs. I'm only asking $15 plus shipping.

I'm trying to post picture, but the forum's giving me fits.

Right now there are at least three people in line to buy my sunroof here on the forum but they're waiting on these pictures. The exterior side is rather dull with a couple of foggy spots I can't get clean. The interior side is still clear and glossy. It's made of plexiglass or lexan or something like that. "Saratoga Sunroof Co." is on the label.

Didn't you just install the CP racing steering rack on your car? And you already sold it? That is nuts...

Yes, I got to enjoy it for about a 2 weeks. The sad part is, the chick who bought the car won't even appreciate what she's got... but as I said, I had to make room for bigger better things (Bullitt edition Mustang on the way).

The pictures I've posted ARE after I cleaned it with Windex and water.

Wow, sign me up on the parade for that sunroof, if it isn't already taken by now... I am of course assuming that all the sunroof setups from '83 on up with the twisty *** fit each other.

Well, the carbs/intake just got a bid so they're going home with somebody. I wonder how many folks are trying to wait them out until the last few minutes... this should be interesting

Serzy - I accept the challenge

How long are you waiting for #1 & #2 to pull the trigger on the sunroof?

Regards,

#1 passed, but #2 just accepted. If the deal falls through for some unforeseen reason, I'll let you know.

BTW, I just posted my perfect condtion Factory Service Manual on ebay w/ no reserve and for almost half what I paid for it from my Mazda dealer. Check it out here:

Question on the Carbs.... What would be involved in setting them up for a street port?

I'm no carb tuning expert, but I would think it would only be a matter of jetting. Might need different venturis too, but like I said, I'm no expert. I never got around to installing these myself. I bought them from a guy who used to race RX-7's on the west coast. He said he used this setup on his stock-port 12A. The intake should work with any DCOE type carbs 40-50 size, though.
