What kind of cars do you look to race? And what kind of cars have you beaten or lost to?

I drive a Camry right now(LOLz) but I've had some races. Beat some avengers, civics and other family cars. Exciting eh?

My favorite is Civics, and Integras. But I have raced a mid 90's BMW 325i to 110 Mph when he pulled on me.

 

those are my favorites also, but I am not doing it with the 7 yet because it is still in the construction phase. My WRX rocks them though. It's actually almost not even fun playing with equal size cars with 4 cly. engines. I can't wait to get the 7 going.

This may sound wierd, but it's what i do. I go after 3rd gen FD's, supra's, and 4.6/5.0 mustangs. I know, I know
I would get pounded, the funny part is the FD's, and supra's don't want any, when i call them out, they think i've got something hidden under the hood, to be picking on such cars. but the mustangs go for it. every honda,acura,neon, don't stand a chance. There was a V6 accord that gave me a run for my money once. My 82 12a rx7 is ALL stock and is the OEM.the only performance mod. is a bonez hi-flow cat. So i'm right about 95-100 horse power. I drive good, but i can shift even better.and launching is a lost art IMO. Thats what it's al about,, oh,,,and show NO fear.

 

Give me a few more weeks..I'll show them a what the tailights of a Turbo FB look like...

 

I took on one of those new bubbly integras yesterday, i wasnt sure if he wanted to race tho, so i didnt go fast in first gear. When i saw him pull ahead, i sped up, and got right beside him, started to pull onhim. Then i came to the speedlimit, and knew the cops watched thatroadlike no other. so i stopped, thinking no, maybe he wasnt racing. And then he took off to about 50 MPH. I was like, whoa.

Then some fool in a mercedes benz, i think a slk230, kompressor engine, thought he'd show off to, and went zooming around me, also going 50.

Too bad i wasnt racing them and still would have left both in the dust!!

 

My favorite race was a V-12 jag, it was a older one but I smoked it, and he was pushing it hard too. In ventura, the street racing scene is pretty big, so there are tons of rice rockets to pray on, most are my friends too, hehe. Once I get my side draft in, that I just bought I'll go after 5.0's

Any cars with drivers that aren't paying attention at stop lights. I beat them all the time! If they are paying attention and they try to race, it's usually a tough battle being that I'm in a stock GSL-SE, with the exception being my aftermarket catalytic converter. It's also my daily driver with 153k on the clock.

 

i really dont care what it is, i go after everything that there is that wants to race, but mainly only cars that i know can run. My fb isnt ready yet, but with my '94 300 zx n/a i tried a 3rd gen rx7 and he was pulling me the whole way, but we'll see about that when my turbo fb comes out in a couple of months

 

I ALMOST took out an Acura Integra....

That might sound really really crappy. But my car was STOCK! Had 4 speed AUTOMATIC and I was in 3RD GEAR the entire time!!!!! The integra was...5 speed!
So I dont think it was at all bad...considering I was in...3RD GEAR the entire time, lol.

I was beaten off the line by the integra above a Geo Metro and a Chevrolet corsica. Actually, the Corsica beat me. I raced him through all the gears with him in front of me (he had a bit of a run on me) but once I got up to 3rd, 7000rpm, the car WILL NOT GO ANYMORE! I was wonering why....so I watched as the Corsica pulled away....I forgot to push overdrive...he he he.

I got 5 speed now, and its going in for exhaust and other **** during the winter, thank GOD!

 

I may be a little to confident in my rex, but everything shy of a new corvette gets a run, assuming the location and timing and etc are right. Only car I've lost to would be a new z06

 

I love racing cars I could never take!! My favorite was the new 405 horse Z06 I raced with my girlfriend in my car. Blew me away like I was standing still. woiund up we were both going to the auto-x in my town. turned out pretty cool, made a new friend.

The only Honda I lost to was a 97 riced out civic, that was hiding a Garret t/56 turbo and a 75 horse shot of Nitrous. I figured he cheated so he dosent even count.

 

5.0's Camaros, Vettes, any chump that thinks the are quick.

I had a little fun with a 2001 Mustang GT tonite, it said KWIK 01 on the plate.. He gave me a compliment on my exhaust sounding cool, and then he said you wanna go on green. I looked around and said why the **** not... Well the outcome at the next light was a weird stare and him saying I wanna see it Pull over LOL


I told him in the parking lot, that I was on the low boost setting LOL Poped the hood and he said thats it? wheres the motor, he was joking... But he said damn its small..

So far I played with a turbo civic (t04 something I guess? thats what he said) a turbo 91+ something 300zx, my buddies 99 LS1 TA (auto) and a 99 cobra. The closest was the TA...

 

I like to race beer and soda trucks, city buses and funeral processions.

 

 

The accord was a V6.

 

My buddies got a 92 240sx with exhaust and i beat him in a race in the summer.
Hes got about 155-160hp

 

oh it said v6. I thought you said 2000 Accord, and I thought no way.
