Inside of the filler neck, that will fall into the oil pan. Along with the water that will end up in your oil.

I was getting lung mustard in my filler neck with my rat's nest. I removed it and ran new lines based on the diagram under the hood. I don't have anymore lung mustard. A happy moment.
