Smoke coming out the carb?

Hey guys, I was driving yesterday and I parked my car, drove it for about 5minutes and parked her and went inside. Couple minutes later, I came out and saw smoke coming out of the hood, I popped her open and saw the source was from the carburator....its still driving but I would like to know what the problem is? Scaring the **** out of me, my poor little rex

Hmm...there's not really too much to go on here. But anyway, intake o-rings.

I may be dense, but what do you mean by the blue carburator? If it smells like antifreeze and tastes like antifreeze...it's oil j/k. Antifreeze could be coming from two sources, something gone bad in the motor itself, or the sub-zero starting system. Need more info, anyhow.

I think he means it was coming out of the blue air filter assembly. But beyond that I have no idea what it could be. Is it still doing it when you shut off the car, or was it a one time thing?

That black pipe is the snorkel. Did you tighten all your radiator hoses?

You could pull off the "pre-heat" (flexible) hose that runs down to the exhaust. That would tell you if the source was the carb itself or the heat shield area. From the heat shield could be oil or antifreeze, from the carb could be gas or antifreeze.

Happen to me too

Yea I was worried about it too when it happened to me but then I realized I left the choke on by accident. That could possibly be your problem. Once i stopped leaving the choke on, it stopped smoking so..... :P
