I like these MUCH beter, especially the 2nd one

I want... no REQUIRE that kit...
The Blue one is an Australian (No ****... where are all the cool rotary vehicles? Down under... ****** 12AT Tricycles and ****...) It's supposedly a modified Miata kit...
The grey one is a member of the forum... I believe it's BadAssRX-7... or BadAss-RX7... or something... At least I think it's his... Regardless a member of this forum had a grey car and was selling those kits for $400 a pop... everything you need was included.

As for these in a kit: where? How muh?
I'd prefer to make something like this myself, since a kit is going to be very expensive before it arrives in Europe (shipping + taxes), but still. Very nice looking!

I'm not sure if it ever panned out or not...
I want the ones from the 2nd car, but from what I was told it's a Miata kit that has been adapted...

yep thats my old beast. i did BASE the kit off a miata kit... i said hell they are close in shape so what the hell. well it took 8 hours to get the 1st light to fit right and then the stock lid wasnt even close to fitting the bucket. after about 14 hours it was a working kit that needed refining so it would look better. well i have a working "prototype", i just need time to make them.... summer time is my peak working season so when it starts cooling down work will slow down and i should have time to get them finalized and get them rolling out the door, search "sleepy eye" in the 1st gen section. 2 options...lights im using hella lights and had 4 3" driving lights or 2 driving lights and 2 pencial beam lights. the kits runs as 1 in each bucket on as low beams and 2 (both)in each bucket on high beams. the pencial beams are high beams... man they go far. this will be a drop in kit with a little wiring.... as the stock wires can handle the power draw and that will eat up the harness.... fire fire BAD

I think the reason non-pop up lights never pan out is that once the lights are installed they sit so far back that lighting performance is shitty. Poor side to side and a 15-20 foot dead spot where the bumper blocks the light. That's the way I remember most of these projects dying anyways.
That light blue one is sexy....looks cheaper to do than the aussie version.
