I'm pretty sure it's 5/16th's for the main line and 1/4 for the return. I remember reading somewhere that RICERACING is running the stock lines on his 500hp beast so I don't know if you need to upgrade. Just make sure you have a big enough pump.

I will be running one new 10AN line from the pump to the injectors, and I will be using the current stock fuel line as the new return line. This is a way to guarantee flow at all times, since I am not positive of the inside conditions of the 17 year old lines.
Maybe I am just playing safe, but I don't want to blow the motor on a varicose fuel line.

Ok guys thanks, Directfreak your right, but If I run AN fittings with hoses all the way im looking at a shitload...
Ive tested the lines by allowing the pump to push some gas through it into a bucket and the lines look perfect, no **** in the bucket...
Any objections to a Bosch 300 lph/40 psi pump? Might throw a fuel pressure guage on there just for safe keeping especially during its early times in the car and during tuning...
