sil pressure. I know recent posts But........

I know.... Look in recent posts but everything that has been posted in older posts are similar but have not read anything that is that close. Last night I was driving down the road and noticed my oil pressure gauge was @ 0psi. I keep my eye on the pressure gauge so I know that it happened with in 15 min. Pulled over checked oil and had oil. A little low but not THAT much. Start the car up and gauge went up to 30psi dropped went to zero then about 15psi then to zero and stays. If you shut down then start right back up it stays @ zero. Let it sit for a while does the same 30psi to 0psi back to 15psi or so then to 0. It stays at zero while driving. No leaks no smoking. Drives just fine. Is this still the same problem as others with the sending unit or bad gauges? Or is it a serious problem? Thanks for the help and sorry for a repost if I overlooked symptoms just like this.

Try another oil pressure sender.

And an aftermarket gauge. Stock gauges aren't very accurate.
