Siezed......help

The engine (12A) on my 85 that I just picked up won't budge. I have read through some old posts on "carbon lock". Seems to be alot of discussion over ATF, MMO and foam!! Well I went ahead and shot a load of ATF in the spark plug holes and after 2 full days......nothing. I pulled the fan and shroud and have tried to turn the engine with a ratchet it just won't move. The car has been sitting in a garage for the last three years untouched. Is there anything else I should do or try before considering removal?????
Thanks

Sometimes all you can do is tear it down and clean it. Try the powerfoam, but sometimes carbon lock cant be undone without tearing the engine down. Ive had that happen. On the upside, everything I removed cleaned up nicely and was right in specs.
