Shutter valve port plug, removed butterfly

Good Morning Gentlemen,

At least it is morning here on the Ohio river in Kentucky.

I have removed the ofending Shutter valve and related butterfly valve that is restricting the fuel/air flow through the intake manifold to the rear rotor. I now have two ports to block and wonder if any of you have any suggestions as to how best to block these ports. Both ports measure 8 mm.

I am some what of a former farmer and whittled a plug from Oak wood. One has worked well however the other fell out. While both were installed and working the engine ran much better than ever before.

Let me know your thoughts.

Best regards,
THC

Try silicone or JB Weld.
