Angry Shreeking sound

I installed adjustable lower control arms on my 83 and i havent done an allignment yet but i've set it to the max camber position. when i drive over 30~ it makes a loud shreeking sound is that my bearings and is this bad? it's really hard to drive cuz of the sound please help.

That's a hard one to diagnose w/o actually being there, but that was the sound I heard from the rear of my old '68 Firebird and it lasted a day before the rear axle bearings literally turned into smoke generators and I barely limped it to a local shop...

misallignment would make such a noise? i feel it's the front wheel bearings maybe
