should I see fuel spray in the secondaries?

I am tracking down a bogging problem, and while checking the accelerator pump I noticed that the primaries put out fuel and the accel pump give a health squirt but the secondary are as dry as a bone. the butterfly valve on the secondaries are fully opening also. I just need to know if this is normal.

Thank You

They are "VACUUM" operated. You do not see the secondaries spraying unless you mod them to mechanical.

AFAIK the accelerator pump only squirts into the primaries; nothing to do with whether or not the secondaries are vacuum operated, mechanical or atomic powered.
