Talking Should I get these rims for my gsl-se??

Thinking about 16x7 4x114.3 +20 offset for the back and 16x7 4x114.3 +25 offset for the front... any thoughts?

DirectFreak that is exactly what my car is going to look like!. holy cow.. it's at the body shop right now and I also had them take off the side bumpers. They're also going to paint the front and back bumpers silver. and i told them to take off the side rx7 and front mazda emblem off and cover the holes too. the only thing is that they're also taking off the 4 side blinker lights and making it smooth. But i like the way the tires look. those are 16's? I think i'm going with the same size tire as the front in the back though. looks good bro..

You will have some tire hanging out at front with +20 fronts and a bit less at the rear.

I had some +27 14x6" rims on my S3 (same as GSL-SE) with 195/65's and it they were barely inside the guards

so maybe +25's all the way around? I want the tires to be about .33 t0 .5 inches outside the fenders... i like this look but with the rims I selected:

does anyone have a picture of an FB with 16x7 +25mm offset rims?

im thinking ultimately thats gonna be the right fit.. 0mm offset looks like too much out. the factory rims are 40mm offset right?

Yeah factory is +40.
I agree +0 is a bit too much now but I'm going to install fender flares. But since they cost money, I'm having to do things 1 at a time.
Here's the calculator that I used when I got my wheels and tires: http://www.rimsntires.com/rt_specs.jsp

I've got those wheels ...15 x 8 rear with 0 offset on 295-50-15 tires, and 15 x 7 up front (forget the offset) with 205-50-15 tires.

Looks great!

I am pretty sure my fronts are 16x7 +25, but I also have a 5 lug conversion. I am not sure how much of a difference that makes though.

My rears are 16x8 +25 I believe, and I know they are in the same location as a GSLSE.

Hey guys i was wanting to buy the same rims (rota RB 16x8 with 4mm offset for front and back) I do not have the 5 lug conversion but i do have coilovers with camber adjusters. Was just wondering if those would fit with stock fenders or if i should just get 16x7 instead? Thanks in advance.

ok sorry but i have to ask around since i cant find a straight answer. Im thinking of getting 17x8 wheels for my car. Its a GSL-SE with stock fender. But i have coilovers and camber adjusters. All i need to know is what offset can i get away with without having to roll my fenders? Thanks in advance guys.
