Should i do a engine swap and take on this project?

Hi as some of you may know I have been having major troubles with the rust on my car I am thinking about swapping the engine on mine to a new body I found I nice one on craigslist not that far from me nice paint solid body little surface rust under the car. The interior is pretty gutted I would need new carpet, door panels and mebe new window motors and such also a choke, and a new center console with the window switches plus new headliner and carpet for the trunk. I can take a lot of parts from my car and I have a great engine with 83000 miles and a nice manifold the engine just needs to be cleaned up. Do you think this project is worth it I have never worked on cars before but am willing to give it a try.

KCREPU has a good point. Get it running first (see my recent post on your thread) and check the engine compression.

Can't drive it right now It is on two jack stands and the guy took the jack with him but when I drove it last is sounded really good with a lot of power. It does smoke a lot in the tail pipe white smoke it puffs it to don't know if that is normal.

Okay guys just installed the new fuses and everything is running great. I am going to take it for a test drive tomorrow to see how good the engine does.
