Yes. It's a 12a. They don't make them anymore.

It's kind of a crap shoot. As it sits it's only worth the price of scape metal. If it where taken apart where you could inspect it, it could be worth more.

For the right price, yeah - go for it. Then recycle the parts back into the community so when people need them they're not unobtanium.

ID

offered him $150 for it and he said yes even told me he would help me pull it out since he already had the cherry picker for it ready to go told him I will buy it after winter season since im the only one who knows about his parts car as it is. ;P

no one else is gonna buy it sad part is he still wants the 5spd manny trans so he won't let me offer on that but for the motor is a go go even if the motor is no good it will be very useful in learning how to tear down and put back together.

same with kinda showing it off at work on my toolbox to all the chump *** mechanics who think pistons are the only thing that can make you go fast D:

any who I will post pictures of the water pump housing and water pump I picked up its pretty gross at first lol.

Chances are it may not work but im gonna give it a chance after I got most of the old crap ground down and smoothed out as best as I could with rotor tools or w/e but we will see i'm gonna let the the silicone cure for about 2-3 days and see what happens since I can't get get the one on my motor now to stop leaking FFS!~

anywho lol tell me what you think lol im sure its not the best job but hey what can you expect from something that has been sitting for the last 10 years or so lol xD

also another question what should I offer him for is Nikki that is still in the car its not bad looking vaccums are all still there lol infact the whole car is original so lol im trying to take whatever parts he doesn't need lol like Engine and Crbs lol should I offer him $100 for the car since I can get that one pulled out pretty fast?

Buy a cheap sand blaster and blast that stuff off. You can get a sandblast gun kit that allows you to just stick the pickup tube in a bucket of sand. You will need an air compressor also.

Here's an S4 water pump housing I put on my 12A. I blasted and powder coated it. The inside is done with a black color and the outside is silver explosion. This thing wont oxidize.

$150 is too high, offer him $50 and don't go over $75.
