mine wasn't loose at all - and the small sleve that goes in the bottom covers it up anyhow.

I mean the vibration from the tranny can eventually loosen up the lock allen screw that holds it in... they don't put any sort of thread locker on it to keep it there. I don't know how common it is, I only saw a few people say they had to retighten theirs because it came loose and the shfiter started twisting... not a big deal.
