Hey guys, just for ***** and giggles, who has towed what with their 7? I ask this because I have a back up plan of putting a tow hitch on the 7 and towing the Repu back to MD LOL

haha i dont think its a smart idea to tow w/ a seven. im sure it would handle but where are tou gonna mount the tow hitch?

They used to make a hitch for them. In fact I think there is one for sale in the 1st gen parts section. However I would not tow a Repu. Now if it were the other way around? The seven does not have the proper stopping power for that weight, too dangerous!

The thing is that I;m having electrical issues with the Repu. alt isn't charging back and it's new. I hate shitty wiring. I think the FB could do it though, it's pulled the Repu before, just not on a dolly LOL

The REPU is about 70 lbs less than a 2nd gen and has a much higher center of gravity. Definitely not a good idea. I tow 7s around town with a 25' web strap. Would I use a hitch and dolly, no way with a full body vehicle.
