Shipping A FB
First, I really had no idea where to put this in the forum, so I guess this will have to do. I appologize if there was a better spot.
Little question for you guys, but first some background.
Looking at buying a 83 down just south of minneapolis. I live 14 hours away, in the middle of Saskatchewan Canada. I have several offers from local semi drivers around town that we have connections with, to pick up the car and haul it home for us free of charge.
Bonus, as I was qouted almost 3 grand by another car mover!! However, heres the problem: How do you get a car up INTO the semi? We've been talking about it, and we havent a clue really. They'd be able to pick it back up on their way home from dropping off something in the next few weeks.. but how do you get it INTO their trucks?
Any ideas guys?

Er - there are FBs for sale in Saskatchewan and Alberta, too. Nonoe of that cross-border long-distance shipping and import hassle, and changing the bumpers, etc. to have it safetied for Saskatchewan could cost more than you think.

Firstly: Changing the bumpers? What for?
Secondly: Theres FBs for sale in Saskatchewan and Alberta? Not at 300 dollers, there aint. I allready have another Fb, and I need one that doesnt have its Chassis completely rotted out x.x
Basicly looking to make one good car out of the two. All I need, is a CHassis! If you know of anyone, please do direct them to me. I'd much rather find one close by..
