Ship a differential?

Has anybody here shipped a rear differential? Do you know how much it weighs and approximately how much it costs to ship on a palate? Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated

Just weighed my complete '80 3.9 diff centre, it came in a a healthy 40lbs. UPS or USPS online should have a rate calculator.
