shiky stifter oops sticky shifter

My gearshift is stiff and feels notchy, not smoth like it used to be, This helps those pesky Hondas, but makes me upset. what can I do ? is there a lube point? or something? Bob Holton

like stiff how? like the clutch is not engauging all the way? or it grinds
