shifters.
heres the question. got an 83 tranny with a nice short shifter. want to put just the shifter in my 80. if i unbolt and pull it will it match up in the 80 tranny? gonna try it later if i get no answer.

yeah. looks like i will have to change the tranny if i want it. oh well. maybe later. thanks.
