Silly licensing stage that we have in BC. You start with an L (Learner's) then progress to an N (Noice) then move to a full class 5 license. Each stage has it's own annoying restrictions.

welll... the only annoying restriction about the N is zero alcohol tolerance. its really just a tax grab to placate the elderly (who do most of the voting) and get you to spend an extra 100 bucks on a second road test.

The annoying thing (well to me anyways) was that any speeding ticket points accumulate the entire time you have the N. Unlike point with the insurance company which disappear after one year. Me, not knowing this, got two of the lowest level speeding tickets one year and 9 months apart and lost my license for 2 months. It made for a financial strain to say the least.

On topic, good luck running the straight pipe around here, it's fine until you hit a roadblock or they start following you...which always has to be up a hill WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. Good luck.
