Setting timing with 12A front cover

I have 20b with 12A front cover. My tuner requested I confirm timing on my 20b before the tune. I put an arrow on the pointer.

Is that pointer position the same as 13BT front cover? I read around and some set it at 5 degree with 12A front cover, so I'm little confused. I don't know whether it's actually off by 5 degree when compared to 13BT front cover or that person just wanted it at 5 deg. Is that pointer position the same as 13BT? Can I use that pointer on 12A cover to set the ignition to 0 degree?

thanks! I got the racing beat pulley. Looks to be a very solid product with timing marks clearly labeled.

what did you have to do to put the 12a cover on the 20b?
